About Mikhail Subbotin
Mikhail Subbotin is an independent researcher and valuation professional. He held senior positions in consulting (Valuation and Business Modeling department) and has broad experience in other sectors such as Airlines & Manufacturing, doing investment appraisal and M&A deals. In 2014 he received an MBA in Finance from the University of Edinburgh Business School. He also holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the Russian State University for the Humanities. His research focuses on finding fundamental signals that provide information about future performance, applying quantitative tools, and garnering insights from adjacent fields such as forensic accounting and bankruptcy prediction models.
